REFUNDS

Full Refund: Customers are entitled to a full refund if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. This policy is in place because we custom cut address numbers and logos specifically for each job.

Partial Refund: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service, an 80% refund will be issued. This allows us to recoup some costs associated with materials and preparation.

CANCELLING YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your service at any time. Please refer to the Refunds section for information on the refund amount you may receive based on the timing of your cancellation.

How to Cancel: To initiate a cancellation, please reply to the original order confirmation email. This ensures that we can process your request promptly and accurately.
